Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was standing on the back bumper of Dodge Dakota pickup truck holding on to a ladder rack. When the vehicle maneuvered around a curve, the employee reached down to prevent the ladders from moving and lost his footing and fell off the vehicle. He sustained a concussion and was hospitalized.
