Employee Is Injured in Fall from Stock Picker

At approximately 9:00 p.m. on December 28, 2000, Employee #1 was operating a stock picker. He was not wearing his fall protection and fell. He was later found by coworkers. He suffered a closed head concussion and a lumbar spine strain and was hospitalized.
