Employee slips on wet roof and falls breaking his back

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on September 22, 2000, Employee #1 was walking along the roof with a roll of felt paper during a light rain. The damp surface caused him to slip near the top ridge and slide down to the end. He fell down to a rocky surface and suffered a fractured back and a dislocated finger. He was hospitalized.
