Employee's fingers amputated in crumbler

Employee # 1 was attempting to unclog crumbler #4 by sticking the handle end of the sample scoop into the roller area of the machine while it was running. The crumbler rollers pulled the sample scoop into the machine with a quick action that pulled in Employee #1's left hand as well. His third finger was amputated and his fourth finger was partially amputated. The sample scoop handle also caused extensive damage to the roll guard.
