Event: 10/03/1996
Employee injured between truck chassis and frame

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on October 3, 1996, Employee #1 was on an elevated frame that was normally used to load cargo containers, trying to free a cable. He was unable to free the cable even after the frame was fully elevated, so he climbed onto the frame to attain a better position. The frame began to slide and he jumped down, becoming caught between the frame and the chassis of a truck.
