Investigation Summary
On February 9, 2005, an employee and a coworker were installing solar panels on 2-story home with 1-story attached garage when the employee slipped and slid down garage roof landing on his heel on the driveway. Employee fell approximately 10 ft. No equipment was involved. The employee fractured his left heel. The employee was not wearing fall protection. He was not hospitalized.
