Employee Is Injured in Fall While Stacking Food

On June 9, 2005, an employee was stacking food products onto shelf. He lost his balance and fell 7 ft off of wooden pallet located on industrial vehicle to the concrete floor. The employee sustained a hairline fracture on the right temporal bone, head, and fractured left wrist. The Employee was transported to hospital and remained there for six days.
