Employee Fractures Back in Fall from Roof

On April 11, 2006, Employee #1 was working for a gutter cleaning service. He was cleaning gutters on the perimeter of a 2-story residential duplex, when he fell 16 feet. He was hospitalized eight days for multiple lumbar fractures.
