Employee Fractures Ankle in Fall from Truck Trailer

On March, 2006, Employee #1 fell 52 in. to the ground from a flatbed truck/trailer, while adjusting one of the tarps used for covering concrete materials. Employee #1 landed on a curb and sustained multiple fractures to his right ankle. He was hospitalized for two days.
