Employee Fractures Wrist in Fall from Scaffold

On August 17, 2005, Employee #1 was using a 5-ft unrailed rolling scaffold, propelling himself along the ceiling joists while installing ceiling drywall. As he propelled himself, the scaffold tipped over, causing him to fall. He sustained a fracture to his left wrist and was hospitalized for two days.
