Employee Lacerates Face in Fall from Ladder

On June 29, 2005, Employee #1 fell 4 to 5 ft from a 6-ft stepladder when one of the ladder's legs sank into the wet ground. Employee #1 landed on a concrete birdbath, which subsequently shattered. Employee #1 lacerated his face and was hospitalized for three days.
