Employee Fractures Wrist in Fall with Ladder

At approximately 11:15 a.m. on July 12, 2004, Employee #1 was on a ladder working on a roof. The ladder was set on a deck loaded with roofing material. Without warning, the deck separated from the house and the employee fell with the ladder. He suffered a severely broken wrist and was transported to Mark Twain Hospital where he was hospitalized for treatment.
