Employee fractures right leg when soda machine falls on him

On July 23, 2004, an employee and a coworker were removing a coke machine from a business in a large office complex. The coworker was positioned in front of machine and the employee was located behind the machine. They had pulled the machine away from the wall and were putting the coke machine onto a pallet jack. The machine was tipped backward when suddenly the bottom of machine slipped out, and the machine fell on the employee. The employee fractured his right leg and was hospitalized.
