Employee injured in fall from roof

An employee fell 11 feet 4 inches from the perimeter of a 6 in 12 pitch porch gable to the ground. He was removing debris from the roof of a new residence under construction. He sustained a fractured hip and pelvis and was hospitalized for 9 days.
