Employee fall from truck and later died

On July 9, 2004, an employee fell backwards while preparing to enter his truck and trailer combination vehicle, striking his head on the asphalt, and ultimately sustaining brain death. He was removed from life support the following day. No autopsy was performed; hence, actual cause of death is unknown.
