Employee Dies after Passing Out

On March 13, 2004, an Employee was working with a crew assembling a 52-foot by 5-foot 10-inch concrete floating dock. While standing and tightening the .75 inch bolts, the employee passed out. The Employee was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and transported to the hospital, where he died. The Employee never regained consciousness.
