Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on February 4, 2005, Employee #1 was cutting a rafter on the ground with a circular saw at a construction site when the saw kicked back and contacted his left hand. He suffered a deep laceration to his left thumb and ring finger. He was transported to Emanuel Hospital in Tulare, CA for surgery and hospitalization.
