Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:00 a.m. on September 4, 2001, Employee #1 got off the tractor he was operating to move a box of grapes that were in his way. A coworker got on the tractor and began to move it forward. Employee #1's foot was caught under the trailer wheel causing him to fall into the path of the trailer. The wheel of the trailer then rolled over him and he was hospitalized with a lacerated liver.
