Employee injured when fell from a rolling scaffold

An employee is an experienced painter working for Suncoat Painting Contractors. The employee had placed a 5-ft stepladder on top of the rolling Perry Scaffold. As he got on the stepladder to check the stability of the set-up, the scaffold tipped over and the employee fell on the concrete floor just outside the showroom. He was hospitalized with fractures in three ribs, right elbow and left wrist.
