Employee injured after falling from a roof

On April 12, 2002, Employee #1 was performing roofing operations when he lost his balance and fell 15 ft from the roof. He struck the ground, sustaining fractures within his left arm, and dislocating its elbow joint. At the medical center, he received surgical and postoperative treatment, and was hospitalized for one week.
