Employee Stabbed by a Fare

Employee #1 was working as a taxi driver for a company that operated as a taxi service as well as an ambulance service. Employee #1 was dropping off a fare when the fare pulled out a knife and started stabbing him. Employee #1 was able to get away from the individual stabbing him and summon help. He sustained several stab wounds to his neck and upper body. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
