Employee injured when vehicle crushed his right foot

At approximately 8:45 a.m. on September 6, 2001, an employee was exiting the waste collector vehicle from the passenger side when the front tire of the vehicle ran over the employee's right foot causing a severe injury to the employee's right foot. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
