Investigation Summary
At 9:49 p.m. on August 9, 2017, an employee was using an electric lift with a working platform to grab a large appliance from the top of a three tier shelving unit. The employee fell from the platform and struck the concrete flooring. The employee suffered a broken left knee cap, hip fracture and dislocation, as well as a laceration above the eyebrow. The employee was hospitalized.
