Employee ran over by tractor while throwing raw cotton

On November 9, 2000, Employee #1 and coworker were assigned to throw spilled raw cotton into the Harrell Super Packer Module Machine. They were working alongside the packer machine. The packer machine was full and had to be moved to the next location. Employee #1 was walking very close to the packer machine and the machine started to move and caught the victim's leg in the wheel. When the coworker saw this he ran forward to the tractor driver to tell him to stop the machine. When the tractor driver stopped, he found out that he ran over Employee #1. Employee #1 died.
