Employee Has Back And Shoulder Injuries After ATV Rollover

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on January 23, 2002, Employee #1, a farm worker for the Blackburn Farming Company, was operating a Honda ATV on a dirt road. He lost control and crashed. Employee #1 was transported by ambulance to U.C. Medical Center in Fresno, California, where he was admitted for treatment for his head injury and lacerations on his back and shoulder.
