Employee Injured In Fall From Scaffold

At approximately 8:00 a.m. on December 4, 2001, Employee #1 was working from a metal scaffold and fell. Employee #1 climbed back onto the scaffold and was found lying on the scaffold platform by a coworker. Employee #1 suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.
