Employee injured in fall from haystack

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on August 15, 2001, Employee #1, working for JVD Dairy, was throwing bales of hay from a haystack onto a trailer when he fell approximately 10 feet and landed on his feet. The employee sustained a lower back injury and was hospitalized for several days at Hanford Community Hospital in Hanford, California.
