Employee Injured When Caught In Conveyor

At approximately 5:45 p.m. on April 24, 2001, Employee #1 attempted to go underneath a 3-ft-high moving conveyor belt as a means of exiting the packing shed. Employee #1's shirt sleeve was caught in the support roller pulling her arm into the mid points. Employee #1 sustained a broken arm and was hospitalized for treatment.
