Investigation Summary
An employee was using a wet rag to clean the rollers on the metal roller machine in the south bay of the shop. He turned on the machine and while running the rag over the rollers, the rollers caught the rag and pulled his right hand into the rollers. He sustained serious injuries to his right hand and was taken to UMC in Fresno for treatment.
