Employee injured after fall

On March 23, 2001, Employee #1, working as a canal maintenance worker was cleaning out the cab of a front end loader in the maintenance yard of Friant Water Users Authority. The employee was washing out the cab and began to exit the cab walking backwards. When doing so, his foot slipped and he fell 5 feet to the parking lot. Employee #1 suffered a bruised back and was transported to the hospital for his injuries.
