Falling Pallets Injure Employee

Employee #1 was traveling in reverse on a standup stock picker. Employee #1 traveled too close to a metal storage rack with wooden pallets stacked on it. The forks of the picker struck the end of the rack sending a pallet into Employee #1's left leg fractured two bones below the knee. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
