Employee injured in fall when walkway collapses

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on November 23, 1999, Employee #1, of Delta Rubber, was measuring a conveyor belt at the RMC Pacific Materials aggregate plant when the walkway on which he was walking collapsed. He fell, fracturing his back and dislocating and fracturing his right elbow. Employee #1 was transported to St. Agnes Medical Center, where he was admitted for treatment.
