Employee injured in fall from roof

On August 8, 1997, Employee #1, a roofer, was working a one-story house with a roof slope of between five and twelve degrees. He became distracted and stepped backward, falling 12 ft to the ground. Employee #1 sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
