Employee fractured wrist due to fall from scaffold

Two employees with a small general contracting company were painting a residential house. Employee #1, the foreman, and the other employee were working form a metal horse scaffold. The scaffold tipped and both employees fell 50 ft to the ground. Employee #1 suffered a broken right wrist and was hospitalized. The other employee was not injured.
