Employee Fractures Leg When Struck by Forklift

On November 2, 2005, an employee of The Morning Star Packing Company was operating a forklift, when he backed into Employee #1. Employee #1 became pinned by the forklift and suffered a fractured leg. He was transported to Enloe Hospital, where he stayed for 10 days.
