Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On November 28, 2005, Employee #1, a steel worker, was connecting a support stud from a ladder. He lost his balance and fell 9 feet. The local ambulance service arrived on site and transported him via helicopter to Enloe Medical Center. Employee #1 sustained skull and wrist fractures and a concussion. He was hospitalized for five days.
