EMPLOYEE INJURED IN FALL FROM TREE

Employee #1 was trimming trees at the home of his company owner's son when he fell from a ladder. Employee #1 had cut a limb of an oak tree. The limb fell, hit the ground, bounced forward and hit the base of the ladder. This caused the ladder and Employee #1 to fall. Employee #1 struck his head on a concrete slab when he fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized for head trauma.
