Employee's fingers amputated by rollers of inline press

Employee #1 was working alone, using a C-slitter inline press when he slipped and fell. His hand and wrist became caught between the in-running rollers located 2 ft above the floor, amputating three of his fingers. The rollers were unguarded, exposing employees to pinch-point injuries; the employer was cited for a serious violation of T8CCR 4002(A).
