Employee injured in modular building construction

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on July 12, 2001, Employee #1, a laborer employed by Dependable Construction Co., was caught between two sections of a modular building while he was helping install the building. The employee sustained pelvic injuries that required surgery and was hospitalized for approximately eight days.
