Employee Sustained Concussion After Fall

Employee #1 was returning to his work area after a work break during which he participated in a game of touch football. Employee #1 fell to the ground striking his head on the concrete pavement, sustaining a head injury. Employee #1 stated that he did not recall if he slipped or tripped on the surface, or if he suffered from heat exhaustion. Employee #1 sustained a concussion and was hospitalized for five days.
