Investigation Summary
A journeyman electrician was working from a ladder on an exterior lighting fixture on a two-story building. He fell from the ladder and sustained multiple injuries. He was hospitalized for 2 days with fractures of both his wrists, a concussion, cephalohematoma, and strains in his lower back and left knee. He had surgery for the fractures.
