Investigation Summary

At approximately 9:00 p.m. on November 6, 2000, Employee #1, a deli clerk, was working in the delicatessen of Andronico's Market. Her primary job task was the packaging of catered meals. She was walking in front of the refrigerated cheese isle when she slipped and fell. She sustained a dislocated and fractured left ankle and was hospitalized. Prior to the accident, the floor was cleaned and mopped. The wet floor warning cones were still on the floor. Employee #1 slipped on the partially wet floor.
