Employee injured when pinned by falling crate

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on May 26, 2000, Employee #1, a truck driver for Barrett Business Services, Inc., was pushing a wheeled crate from the loading dock into a truck when the crate fell over, pinning him to the bed of the truck. He suffered a sprained right knee ligament and contusions on his left hip. Employee #1 was transported to Eden Medical Center, where he was admitted overnight and then released.
