Employee is injured when struck by dumpster

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on July 19, 1999, Employee #1, an operation engineer mechanic for Bay City Paving and Grating was backed over by a 40-ft semi-bottom dumpster that was off loading gravel and rock. Employee #1 was hospitalized with crushing injuries to his legs, ankles, and feet.
