Employee Injured In Fall From Ladder

Employee #1 was installing a seismic strap on second floor joists from stepladder on the first floor in the kitchen area and was approximately 3 ft to 5 ft up on a 6 ft fiberglass stepladder located next to a doorway. The ladder was bumped or jarred by something being carried by an unknown coworker, causing Employee #1 to fall from ladder. Employee #1 suffered a fractured left wrist and was hospitalized.
