Employee Fractures Pelvis Slipped Off A Ladder

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on April 26, 2001, Employee #1, a laborer, fractured his pelvis when he slipped off a ladder. Employee #1 had been working for Kum Lun Wong Construction Company for 4 years. He was walking down a thirty six foot extension aluminum ladder that was approximately 6-7 feet from the ground. He slipped, fell, and fractured his pelvis. The extension ladder was placed leaning from the ground floor to the basement. Employee #1 went to a local hospital for treatment.
