Employee crushed when framed wall collapses

On February 4, 2002, Employee #1, a carpenter, and several other employees from Sanburn Construction, were doing wood framing work. Employee #1 and other employees placed a framed wall upright and braced it. The wall did not get braced adequately and collapsed, pinning Employee #1 under it. Employee #1 sustained injury to his back and shoulder. He was hospitalized.
