Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was sitting next to a 200 lb metal grape bin, on the right side of a pickup bed. The truck was climbing a hill when it hit a bump, causing the bin to bounce around the pickup bed. Employee #1 tried to jump out of the truck but the bin struck and fractured his leg.
