Employee's knee and ankle injured in fall from roof

Employee #1 was installing windows on the second floor of a house under construction. He was standing on a toe board nailed to the first floor roof when the board came loose and he fell approximately 10 ft to the ground. Employee #1 suffered a severely sprained right ankle and probable torn ligaments in his right knee.
