Employee injured when struck by falling plywood

Employee #1 was installing windows in a single-family house under construction. He was stepping outside just as a piece of plywood sheathing came off the roof, striking him on the back. He sustained multiple contusions, but did not require hospitalization. The plywood was either not secured on the roof or it was thrown off the roof by a coworker.
